What are your hours?
We are open Wednesday - Sunday from 9 am to 5 pm. Session times may fall outside of our regular studio hours and vary depending on studio or outdoor sessions. We are closed Monday & Tuesday.

Where do you take the photos?
At our Eubank studio or outdoor location. We are most known for our stunning portraits in studio. However, babies and kids are easier to work with when less distracted and warmer, so our studio is always a great choice too.

How do I order my portraits?
We will help you at your ordering appointment following your portrait sitting to choose the portraits from your session that you love and how to best display them in your home whether that might be with beautiful wall portraits, prints, or storybook albums. All decision makers are required to be at the ordering appointment.

What is the current turnaround time from viewing images to picking up my order?
Each piece we create is handcrafted with intention, precision, and museum-level standards. Because of this, production timelines reflect the level of artistry and care invested in every order. Print Products: Most print orders are completed within 8–12 weeks from payment to final delivery. Framed Artwork: Custom framing requires additional craftsmanship and typically takes 12–16 weeks. Digital Images: Upon request, digital files can be delivered as quickly as same day, with a standard turnaround of one week. Rush orders may be available depending on your desired completion date. What is your rescheduling policy?
We require one week notice. We know things come up like family emergencies or someone gets sick. Please contact us at 505-293-6304 at your earliest convenience to be rescheduled.

What if there is bad weather forecasted for the day of our outdoor portrait sitting?
We always keep an eye on the weather and will be in contact the morning of your outdoor portrait sitting if we need to reschedule due to bad weather. We do not reschedule based on forecasts - it is New Mexico after all!
